I teach at Marymount School of New York, and the original painting was commissioned as a gift for a dear colleague who has made a tremendous impact on our school. It was somewhat intimidating trying to capture the many architectural aspects of these iconic buildings that make up this school, but it was an honor to be asked to paint it.
